Our poor server was the only server working. He was running around like a chicken with out a head. He needed to slow down and listen to what was being ordered. Idk if a manager was on duty but if they were they should of stepped in to help. We were in town for Megacon and to not have adequate people working is poor management. Or server did his best considering the circumstances. Food was ok. Restaurant was dirty.
Our server Ruben was great. He was fast and very attentive.
Ruben provided excellent service from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just right. The food was great quality, thanks, Ruben!
10.17.2026/Noon - we were super patient! I guess as visitors were just enjoying each other's conversation.... Until we noticed that we were ignored for over 10 minutes. The "manager" acknowledged our wait after asking had we been helped. She knew damn well that one came to even say hello. She asked one guy whether we were his table and it sounded like he said yes. Yet he refused to serve us. So she called Coby. Oh Coby! He seemed confused about their menu, how to answer questions and how to make substitutions. He kept return... read more
Ruben our server was great. Gave a four star because I tried something new today the egg whites omelet. The onions were very large for an omelet and the tomatoes weren't my thing. But I came to ihop two days in a row so it was definitely worth it.
