Heidi, our server, was absolutely AMAZING!
Heidi has excellent customer service! There were issues with the water lines that were not her fault but she helped us as best as she could and was very efficient with trying to find solutions. If it weren’t for her the experience would have been terrible.
This is ridiculous its 6:15 and their sign says they open a 6:00. Nobody even walked in to get to work until 6:00. Lazy! Guess we're leaving cuz the gate is still closed to even try to get seated :(
Chavé was absolutely amazing! She was so attentive, sweet, and made sure I was taken care of during my entire visit. She checked on me consistently, had such a positive attitude, and made the experience feel welcoming and comfortable. Great customer service like hers really stands out. Thank you, Chavé, for being so kind and professional!
