Absolutely horrible. If I could give zero stars, I would. Everytime I go in this place, the service is terrible. My food is either cold or burnt. Don't even waste your time here.
I came here to find out who owns this restaurant, as I could not believe the childish woman I spoke with there did as she claimed. After reading these other reviews, here and elsewhere, I guess I was wrong. Before I could even tell her calmly why I was walking out after waiting at the table for 45 minutes and no food, she was already raising her voice, pointing her finger in my face and blessing me out. This IHOP is by far one of the worst. I recently visited the restaurant with a group of friends. One of my friends ordered cheese sticks. When her meal arrived, she noticed a fried cockroach was on her plate. The manager was notified. However, she was unapologetic, and did an awful job of fixing the issue. My friend was charged for her meal, all except for the cheese sticks. I do not agree with how the situation was handled. The employees are very rude, and the sanitation is horrendous.
