It's IHOP. Nothing spectacular. They did combine Applebee's and IHOP. I hadn't had Applebee's in about 8 years. We had a lovely, soft-spoken polite waitress. It was quiet, not extremely packed. We went a little later in the evening. I enjoyed my won-ton tacos, and my hash browns were perfectly cooked!
Marilyn is such a great server! She gave great customer service and made sure my food came out just how I wanted!!! And also very social!!!
It's so loud that you can barely hear those at your own table. The food is what you expect from IHOP, large portions of decent quick order food. We went on a Sunday before the rush and the service was awful, which was abnormal (never refilled empty drinks, never brought out the meal sides even when asked, took ages to get the check).
