Don’t you just love it when you go pick up an order and you find out that it’s not there? But that’s just that it’s not there, but that they gave it to somebody else. If the server would’ve been honest with you from the beginning, maybe I wouldn’t have been so bad, but the first server lied to me, didn’t tell me the whole story, and it wasn’t until a manager got involved that the manager told me that they gave my food away to somebody else. Stopped here to meet my mom for a late birthday breakfast. I an not typically a fan of IHOP, but this visit was different. The server was great - welcomed us quickly, put a drink order in within 2 mins and brought them very soon thereafter. We needed a few mins to go over the very extensive menu and she allowed us the time we needed in order to find what we wanted. The food was good - breakfast burrito, chicken fajita omelette and crepes. We had a side of pancakes that were good also. Overall a great experience!Â
