Well today was probably the worst service I've ever had,all I ordered was chicken and pancakes meal and I was the only one in the dining room took 25+ mins, and the waitress seemed very annoyed just by me walking in,I don't think I'll be back.
Hot chocolate I ordered was so hot it melted the whip cream before I got to drink it, my table wasn’t cleaned before seating us, all employees were on their phones or talking not working. Food was cold by the time it got to us. Our table wasn’t stocked with syrup, napkins, and was sticky. When I went to the bathroom it was covered in urine like nobody has cleaned it in months, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Food got cold and greasey really quick especially Hadhbrowns 🤮
Reneesha was a friendly server. Good food but it could have been a bit hotter. Must have been good we ate it all.
