The IHOP at 11613 Bandera Rd, San Antonio, TX 78250 was the worst dining experience to date. If you are going to be open on Christmas Eve and you are the only restaurant beside McDonald's, then staff right. The service was slow, I think the waitress was hiding in the bathroom, the manager incompetent and the Cook needs to be replaced. The entire staff needs improving on customer service. From the friendly greeting to the serving of the food. The restrooms were smelly and nasty. The food was good except for the hashbrowns, it was overcooked (burnt). My overall experience during this visit at IHOP was not a good one and I will not be returning to this location.
There was no wait to be seated, the server was friendly and on top of things, and we saved money at the end because they asked if we had a student or military ID.
