What a disappointment this IHOP is. I don't ask for much when I eat somewhere and I understand sometimes when they're short-handed or busy however they were neither tonight and not once was I even ask how my meal was. I would have loved to have gotten a cup of coffee to go however finding my waitress was impossible. I mentioned that to the manager on my way out and she just chuckled.
