We came into IHOP a little before 12pm during the busy Mother’s Day rush and Ally was such an amazing server. She stayed patient, friendly, and had a great attitude the entire time even with how packed it was. She made sure we were taken care of and never made us feel rushed. Great customer service and a positive attitude go a long way — thank you, Ally, for making our visit enjoyable!
I will never leave before checking my to go order. I was the only person there, but it took a while to get my order. I had a T-bone steak breakfast. My steak was super thin and it was boiled instead of baked or grilled. I asked for soft scrambled eggs and instead they were hard. I called to complain. They said the manager would call me back, but that never happened.
