Mediocre at best, its what you expect at any IHOP at this point which is sad.Portions are small, cold, uncooked, and under seasoned. for the house of pancakes... Dennys does it better pancakes fall apart are some how undercooked and dry, its like eating clay it becomes mush in your mouth.Everything is bland,the "hashbrowns" if you can call them that look and taste raw there is no color to them,the sauages are gross slimey and cold.Coffee is probably the best thing they got. Seriously, the waitress was ok but rushed us to order, they were not busy. The food was terrible. Bacon like rubber, crepes chewy couldn't swallow. The coffee, no flavor, watery. Not good
