Came to this ihop. Only one customer inside eating. I ordered country fried steak and gravy. They told me they cook they gravy in the microwave. When I say this was ridiculous. Didn't even look eatable. And this was the second time coming out. The first time it was brought out to me in a burnt paper bowl. Definitely needs to management and training in this establishment.
Placed online pickup order. Arrived at 9:15pm but place was closed.. called days later to get refund and possibly free meal for wasted drive. Manager said sure and provided name. Called weeks later and used managers name and lady said okay she’ll go get manager and put me on hold for 25 minutes before I gave up and hung up. Called back 3 times and all three my phone call went to voicemail. Could tell they just didn’t wanna provide the meal.

Customer care service was AWESOME and AMAZING with Allie and Brianna. I am a regular customer and love coming here.
