I am disturbed with my families experience at this particular ihop. It was the dissmisive, passive agressive and downright rude customer service. I truly believe the way we were treated poorly was racist as the employee who treated us disrespectfully was a Caucasian male. The tone and manner in which we were spoke to was highly inappropriate. Went to IHOP today for brunch, and our server Marcus was very helpful & pleasant. The food was great as always, and we are very appreciative for the service all the way around. Never had a bad experience here..
