I was here with party of 8 celebrating 3 birthdays. First Karen our waiter said she can't accept my gift card coz their system is down. Second , she wouldn't accept the reward points for kids meal. After asking for manager he said the system may come back if we can wait. Karen came back right away to ask for the gift card. The manager took kids meal off manually like I suggested he could. I wish I could remember our servers name we had a fabulous time in Newark we were there for business we ate down the road from our hotel at IHOP The food was hot Delicious and everything seemed to be fresh I'm not a big fan of eating out but I was pleased we ate there four different days and every time our server was amazing and so was the food
