Never come during a rush. The staff was absolute garbage, rude, and slow. Due to that we ended up having very long waits at each stage of the process. I'm very disappointed in all except for one employee: Ari. She specifically was very attentive, very polite, and actually got things done with a strong sense of urgency despite being visibly anxious, possibly new to the job. Thanks Ari and we hope you get a raise!
