Don't they know that they should always be somebody at the front counter to take care of people who enter the restaurant? Clearly you know it shows that they don't care about their guests you have to wait over 5 minutes to be acknowledged that you existĀ
Beverages were always full. Food was out fast. Mrs. Rachel was on point with everything . Thank you for the experience .Ā
Rachel, thank you for the spectacular service! The coffee stayed hot and my food was delicious. You brought out everything as we ordered and even made last minute adjustments to accommodate our desires ( those advertisements on the table has us changing our orders frequently. Keep up the hard work and please tell the cooks they are very appreciated too.Ā
I dine here multiple times a week so I'm pretty familiar with the staff however I noticed this past Sunday that none of the wait staff consisted of any women of color all of the wait staff including the cooks were Hispanic I do not know of this was intentional but it seems like all of the day/evening staff through the week are not given the same opportunities to make tips the way the weekend staff was upon inquiring I was informed the weekday staff has asked to work weekends but the request has been over looked A'Zonte Willi...Ā read more
