We arrived to a long line and noticed the fire alarm had been pulled, but there was no sound, which made it seem like it may be broken for some time. There was no employee at the door managing the line, and we only saw one employee in sight. With no communication or assistance, we decided to leave and eat elsewhere.
When we first sat down they didn't give us any utensil we had to get up and get them by ourselves. We waited over an hour for our food just for it to be cold. We repeatedly asked for waters over the span of 45 mins and they would not give us any. They were very rude and when we would say thank you or anything polite they would just mumble a reply. The 15% gratuity tip is NOT something they deserve AT ALL!!!
Went last night took 15 minutes just to get a water and 2 cokes, in a restaurant with no customers. Then another 15 minutes just to order our food and we were cool with that cause we wasn't in a hurry but while waiting we notices every one of our glass and silverware was not clean! So we left, this ihop is a disaster and wouldn't recommend it was dirty and we didn't stick around for the food poisoning that im sure was headed our way. In my opinion dont eat here!
Jill was amazing. I did door dash recently and called to confirm my order and how it should be cooked 1/8 8:07 a young lady answered and burnt all my food she did the opposite! But the angel Jill cared I gave this god forsaken place another chance and she did everything right. Please post a link so I can complete a survey for how knowledgeable Jill is she's a gem keep her give her a real raise!
