I personally don’t like going to this IHop, but my family wanted it from here, so I decided to make it to go. This was the best service I’ve ever had from any server before at this location!! I don’t know if she was even a server because I didn’t see an apron. She helped me double check that I had everything I needed despite it being pretty busy. She was even kind enough to offer me free water. Most I’ve ever tipped at Ihop!

I personally have never been to a IHop and it was very delicious! Our server was amazing, the young man who sat us was very kind. However, the management named Kramer, was very unprofessional about speaking with his staff where other people can hear. It should be said in private and not loudly for the customers and others staff to hear. If staff needs corrections it should be said in a private area. Phone number doesn’t work. I called to substitute my eggs from fake eggs to real eggs and the phone does not work. It sends you automated operator. Very frustrated because I don’t want to eat fake eggs on my omelette after I spend $30 with delivery fees and tip.
