Excellent service. Especially for a Saturday morning. Place was packed! But got in, everything was clean. Staff were great! Food also amazing.Â
UPDATE: The general manager truly does care about how her customers are treated. She reached out to me via phone call and wanted to know what happened so I told her all that transpired. She asked for another chance to show how there customer service really is and offered to cover the cost of breakfast if we would come in Saturday which we did unannounced. The Spring Lake IHOP is a joke. There menu had a $7 value menu that’s says for everyday, Nope only weekdays. I ordered the double blt on white bread not toasted with soft bacon on it. I got bread toasted and hard bacon and two extra bacon that I didn’t order that I was charged for. Hashbrowns were not cooked in the middle. Husband and myself asked for more drinks and she only brought him a refill. Toast was hard and tasted like they put oil on it instead of butter.
