Love you guys! But there is always something wrong with my Pardon My Cheesesteak order. Last night the cheesesteaks I ordered came on normal white bread, as opposed to the sub roll they are supposed to come on. In a previous experience last year, a cheesesteak sandwich order was made using breakfast sausage. I just wish my Pardon My Cheesesteak order would get made correctlyÂ
Did an online order, for curbside pick up tried to call multiple times didn’t answer. So went inside in person wasn’t busy at all, just lazy not answering the phone when clearly capable. The front desk man was rude and had an attitude. Horrible customer service. And takes forever.Â
Service is great. Food is hot and delicious. This place always has some nice decor. It feels welcoming. Very clean. I came in last week and Isak was a very nice waiter. Senior Night is back at IHOP and we are here for it.Â
I had the pumpkin spice pancakes and they were really good. Our waiter Alfredo was very nice, and the service was get!!Â
