It was my first time at this iHop and it went great! We had Suzie as our waitress and she was amazing, very sweet and friendly!Â
My daughter went with her friends to this Ihop late Saturday night on 10/18. They were seated but had to wait more than 30 minutes before someone came to take their order. After placing their order, they waited another 45 minutes before they got their food. My daughter ordered a hot chocolate which she never received but yet was charged for it. The waiters were hiding in the back instead of serving their customers. My daughter and her friends will not be visiting this Ihop location again.Â
Waitress was rude and overcharged me on my order when I called to address a problem with the overcharge manager basically gave me the run around. Do better Alicia (our waitress) and management as well.Â
Food was good. Our server Erika was great. Made the trip worth itÂ
