I just left I Hop N. Pointe Dr Durham NC my Second time visiting this my second time visiting this I Hop restaurant I have no complaints about the food but the service received on different days by different waiters same Bad attitude and Sorry customer service at front desk SUCKS ā¼ļøĀ
This is the worst restaurant in all of Durham, upon arrival you can expect to stand in a cramped lobby for 10-30 minutes, even if itās not busy and there and endless seats open, because management is so incompetent and greedy that they can not even schedule a host, and all of the workers are always busy, Iāve seen the manager just walk around barking orders and doing nothing while the poor workers scramble around, food can take upwards of an hour to come out, even small meals. Went in for dinner and were informed that they didn't have gravy at the moment to fullfill our order. What kind of 24 hr restaurant allows themselves to run out of something so basic? Really? Sounds like a total case of laziness to me. As I often say, DO BETTER!!! SHOW SOME BASIC PRIDE IN YOUR JOB!!!!Ā
