This is not the IHOP I remember. Dining room was dark. Floor was dirty. Bathrooms are dank and need updating. Food was average.
They are the slowest people on earth and the service is horrible, no one to greet you they will look at you and keep going , door dash pickup was waiting like 30 mins to just get his order , negative-10 , the owner you need to send someone to just come on the low to see how bad the service is .
