I’ve been coming to this IHOP in Brick multiple times, and unfortunately, it feels like the experience gets worse with each visit. During the summer, the AC is always blasting and the restaurant gets uncomfortably cold. As for the food, I’d give it about a 5/10. On my most recent visit, I ordered the Breakfast Sampler and the sausages were undercooked, which made me feel extremely nauseous.
