Easily the most disappointing ihop experience I have had. From when we walked in, it took at least five minutes for the hostess to even come up front. There was also an elderly man waiting to pay. When she came up she told him he couldn’t pay there, and he questioned it out of confusion (which is understandable, not for nothing you always used to pay at the front).
