Slow to get your food. And it's a Wendsday. I could have driven home, made what I ordered, and brought it back to IHOP and still would have enough time before I got what I ordered.
I placed an online order for a chicken strip meal and when I arrived to pick it up I was told that there wasn't any honey mustard, ranch or bbq sauce for the strips I find that hard to believe the woman just didn't want to give me any sauces and that is why I will never come back to this ihop ever again.
Terrible service, the young black girl who is supposed to be a “hostess” was overly disrespectful. Never will I return to this establishment. Not only was I treated rudely as soon as I walked in, the whole environment was dirty. My utensils had old and left over food on it, the booth I sat in was dirty and dusty, and there were bugs along the window I sat by. Sad that I good outing with family was disturbed by lack of care and service.
I had the senior 1×1×1, which was served cold. The butter wouldn't melt on the pancake. I had the waitress microwave my plate instead of waiting for a remake. To finish it, she kept overcharging us for the coffee ☕️ It wasn't a good experience.
