Ordered from value menu and was worth it. Kind servers and a little wait but it’s alright. $6.50 can’t complain.
Food was ok but the we waited almost 40 minutes for our food. This seems to be always the case we come here. May need to move on to another ihop

I work across the street from this location. I would come fairly regularly either for breakfast or lunch...perhaps a couple times a month. My issue is not with IHOP itself but with this particular location. I often went to the west side location and they are fabulous. But I have to agree with several other reviewers here. There is something seriously wrong with the system they have going on here. The staff is friendly and courteous for sure.
