I recently visited IHOP and was really disappointed. The service was slow and inattentive, making the whole experience frustrating. To make matters worse, the food didn’t live up to expectations either; it was bland and not worth the wait. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return anytime soon.

I was given the wrong sandwich. I let the waitress know. She said AFTER I ordered something else she still had to charge for both because no manager was there. The fryer was out so it was limited choices. Then she said well I gave you extra pancakes and I'm like i didn't order pancakes because I don't like them

This is one of the worst ihops I've ever been to. They never have anything ready. And sometimes the food comes out cold

I go here at 11:30 at night 30 minutes before you close and talk about an order that you can't make because you don't have an English muffins. You suggest that they put it on biscuits and I called the customer and she says please put it on toast. Then I tell you and you go tell the cook at 20 till midnight when you close and you say too bad the cook has already closed off the grill even though another person is waiting for another order.
