Great service from waitress Kelly. She made our experience great!
We visit this IHOP every couple of weeks as a small group. The waitstaff are always prompt and courteous and hard working. JC, Erin, and others are quality employees. The food is prepared well, decent portions, and has not lost the food quaility that so many restaurants have. Dave, one of the managers, helps to set a positive environment for customers and employees alike.
The IHOP on West Grant Road in Tucson is a very good choice for breakfast or “breakfast for dinner”. Their great variety of pancake options are always a favorite. On a recent visit I was one of only two parties there at about 1 AM yet my meal came out of the kitchen less than hot which was disappointing. In addition to Pumpkin Pancakes I had a delicious Spicy Poblano Omelette. Server Sean was super friendly. Recommended.
