I ate here at this particular location about 4 times in the last couple of years and it's the second time that I had to pay full price for a meal that was incomplete. I brought it to the attention of the waitresses and all that was said was they were sorry. I understand why it's always empty I suggest going to another location. I agree with the other reviews about paying for food that I didn't get. This store sucks and $75 for 3 simple incomplete meals is pitiful.
My wife and I visited the Siloam IHOP on a week day shortly after they opened. There were only about ten customers inside. The 50ish server who normally works the back, west section who waited on us wasn't very attentive nor very friendly. She ran me out of water and never did bring any. When she brought out the device for us to pay, she stood at a vacant booth adjacent to ours briefly. She was doing something with the device. Very busy when we got here, but the wait was about 10 minutes. The place was clean and the servers were good. The food was very good for an IHOP. All in all we will return in the future.
Had to wait to get seated but there was empty tables. Took about 20 minutes to just get a drink. Then took over 30 minutes to get are food. My daughter and my hashbrowns was half raw. My order wasn't even right, but ate it anyway because i was hungery.
