Our server, Keira, was AMAZING!!! The manager on the other hand was in the kitchen being very loud. The restaurant was not busy, only 3 tables in use yet, she could be heard throughout the ENTIRE restaurant being rude and hateful to the employees. My mother-in-law has been in the restaurant game for 50+ years and said that she would NOT have her on her crew because of how rude and loud she was being. Solid 4/5. The fajita tacos were undercooked/cold. Still beats waffle house by 3 club lengths (maybe 4), lol. Overall, dining was good and appearance was good. Staff was friendly. Portions were good. Pricing was average for the type of food

Kalista is a sweetheart and talked to us a lot and check on us every often to make sure we didn't need a refill and to make sure we need anything

I ate here at this particular location about 4 times in the last couple of years and it's the second time that I had to pay full price for a meal that was incomplete. I brought it to the attention of the waitresses and all that was said was they were sorry. I understand why it's always empty I suggest going to another location. I agree with the other reviews about paying for food that I didn't get. This store sucks and $75 for 3 simple incomplete meals is pitiful.
