Tried calling and asking a question and i got hung up on. I then called again and was met with a rude and hateful female worker. This kind of service is inexcusable and discourages business.

We came in at about 8pm March 10 we had a young server named Tyler. She came up to us after taking our orders grabbed each of our menus and slammed them down on the table next to us rolling her eyes and irritated at every order. She had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There was two hours until closing time we ate quick and were polite. She seemed to be having a bad day or just not too good at the job. Train your employees better or keep the hateful ones like Miss Tyler in the back cooking my dinner.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Steak was tough, servers didn’t communicate and brought the wrong stuff, asked them to take it back. We were never asked if we wanted refills, never asked what kind of syrup, nor did we even receive syrup until we asked. They brought us a tiny cup of syrup that they decided we wanted, again didn’t ask what syrup choice we would like. Several workers just kept walking by while we had a huge stack of dirty plates.
