I recently visited IHOP and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. The food itself was okay, but the biggest issue was the water. It came out looking cloudy and didn’t seem clean at all, which immediately made me question the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. When something as basic as drinking water isn’t right, it’s hard to feel comfortable eating anything else. It really took away from the whole experience. Our waiter even did a magic trick.
The servers at this location are great. The food quality is going down. I had a meat lovers omelette and all of the steak was rubbery and chewy. I felt bad for the staff that works hard here. Floors are extremely sticky in the bathroom.
The food was average. Server who ended up waiting on us due to shift change was horrible! She was Very cold when bringing our food, didn’t come and see if we needed refills or how or food was! Also had her children there in a booth. Took my friends credit card in the back with her to get a different computer, which is a major no no in service industry Sorry but I won’t be ack
