I went to eat at IHOP with my husband and Megan was our server. She was the sweetest, most attentive server we've probably ever had. She took her time with us, never left our drinks empty and checked on us in a very timely manner. This woman really deserves a raise. We saw her handling so much all on her own in the dining room and did a wonderful job. She was so polite which hasn't always been the case with the other servers at this location. Excellent service! We'll be requesting her section from here on out.
Their System was down. We forced to pay cash. Luckily we had cash in these days.
I haven’t been to iHop for years because of a few poor experiences previously. We were looking for breakfast food around 11 am when everything seems to stop serving breakfast, so we head to waffle house. They are PACKED in with an extensive wait, so I get on my phone, googling who serves breakfast near us. We almost skipped over iHop entirely and drove to another city but decided, what can it hurt? Ruined my Daughter Graduation dinner. IHOP was not the first choice but had the fewest customers waiting on this past Friday night 5/23/25 but decided to and almost immediately regretted it after we had to leave and go to the ATM because they were only accepting cash. Arrived at 10:30pm and left after midnight with no service, refill drinks or appetizers ordered . 2 servers and other tables being served after and hour of us being seated at 4 different tables but we all came as a family. Arrived at 10:30 to celebrate a graduation. We were told the machines were down and they are only excepting cash. No problem, we went to the atm nearby. Long story short, No food was served to us. We were given no refills. The waiter never came back after taking our order and giving the first drinks. Other tables (who were there after) got their food and checks as we waited.
