IHOP Review: Concerns Regarding Cleanliness and Sanitation My experience at this IHOP has been disappointing so far, primarily due to concerns regarding cleanliness and sanitation. We have been waiting approximately 15 minutes, and the dining room appears to have very few customers. The most concerning issue, however, is the condition of the restroom. Good size portions of food, moderate prices, food was quickly prepared. For those who are carb or glucose sensitive, be mindful that their eggs and omelets have a little batter mi ed in. Good size crowd during weekend, lunch h hours.
