Let me start off by saying, I order from this IHOP almost every morning before I go to work. It is clean, the employees are attentive, and greet you when you walk through the door. The manager Raquel is sweet and welcomes you with a smile every time and if you're a regular she remembers your face and your name. Feels like home when you visit this location.
We have been to this establishment 3 times since April 1st. Our first visit we noticed the restaurant was not busy, but the service was extremely slow, the sodas were flat (no carbonation) and it was an all around not so good experience. The 2nd time we visited, the restaurant was again, not busy. The sodas were still flat, but the service was better. We decided to give it one last try.
