The waitress seated us in approximately 30 minutes, took our order, and served us in approximately 40 minutes, but what bothered us was that they gave us plastic eating utensils. We politely asked the waitress for silverware 2 times and she decided to bring us plastic ones for the secondtime. I understand this for children, but for adults, it shows a lack of service and respect, since we had visited this place many times and they always gave us silverware, we found this act rude.
