S L O W kitchen, but great waitress service, great place if you have an hour to burn, dont mind grody trucker bathrooms, women's bathrooms with leaky toilets, sticky entry floors reminiscent of an 80's adult theater, and employees hating on their jobs in the bathroom. Epicly bad is kind to the definition of "never again".

We waited 20 minutes for our server to get our drink orders. 2 waters and 1 coffee. It took him 25 minutes to bring it. It took an hour to get our food order placed. When our food arrived, much later, it was cold. I think this is the same owner as the Ihop in OP that closed. Several people walked out because nobody came to seat them. Staff stands around talking to each other instead of checking on their tables. Food came out cold, - the butter wouldn’t melt on the French toast or the pancakes, unfortunately and eggs on both orders of easy over were hard. Hashbrowns were fried a little too long (hard and stringy). We eat at IHop whenever we have the opportunity; this one was disappointing. People were friendly, in that they said hello and wished us a good night. Waitress was slow to come to the table, but friendly when she did. Restaurant wasn’t busy at all. We all (party of 7) ordered breakfast for supper.
