waited over 1 hour before waitress came to get order and when she did she asked if she took our order. Waited 2 hours before food came and it was not all together. 4 adults 2 kids. Kids meals last and one of kids meals was served on a plate that was filthy. One waitress was taking orders and running cash register while manger was doing absolutely nothing except looking for that waitress. Worst service and food ever. Will not go back. Very welcoming & attentive staff. Food was good & hot.
This visit was the redemption we needed. After some very awful experiences since this place opened, I can honestly say I think it’s going to keep getting better. We finally have some competent people running it behind the scenes and our last visit was amazing. I am looking forward to coming back soon! The onion rings were delicious, the burger unfortunately did not look anything like the picture but it was okay I guess. Had to wait a while before I was acknowledged to be seated. Considered finding another place to eat. Service was okay...
