Not once did I have to wait for the server to give me anything I asked she was a great server very attentive, and she is a People’s person without a doubt
The cooks do something I've never seen done at a ihop before.. To make a simple pancake taste like heaven OMG!!!!!! And Dawn....she was just a darling, bless her heart she was great
these people never listen to their customers. and they have 0 common sense. 4 times in a row now I tell them do NOT cut my toast, they always cut it anyway. 2 times we say we dont want the hasbrown, we want to replace hashbrowns with bacon, but yet they still give us hash browns and then charge us for it. i said no butter with my pancakes, yet they still give it to me anyway. and for some reason they think it makes sense to put pancake stacks on a small plate, therefore making it impossible to put syrup on it without making ... read more
We were told there was "no coffee", we legit were taking coffee off other patrons tablets after they left and the bus boy was cleaning up. They then charged us after dumpster diving for our own coffee!! I was speechless
