Our server’s name was Malasia. Absolutely horrible. This lady did not greet us whatsoever. She brought us the check 5 mins after we got our food!! We had to ask the nearby staff for utensils and a to-go box. This lady does not like her job whatsoever. Not the energy for a Saturday morning breakfast for my 3 year old who came in wearing a crown. I tipped because of personal preference, not because of the service we received. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Saturday after the 4th of July holiday, they were short staffed. We were initially told upon sitting there that there could be a longer wait. Our waitress was awesome! The food came out mildly fast and was excellent! The only thing is that the booths chair cushions were old,ripped, or torn. They need to be replaced. The hostess, while standing at the entrance, could have been wiping down the two entrance doorways, which weren't clean. More emphasis on cleanliness would be appreciated.
8 servers were congregated in the back carrying on about not working... I walked out after waiting 10 min for someone to greet me... the place was disgustingly filthy.. needed a vacuum and washing down... 16 tables were not bused.. place needs to close.
This is the trash they charged me for. No pride in what they serve. No pride in their customer service
