Food is average. This location in particular lacks on service. Every experience theres an issue. My last visit I ordered a menu item with special requests. It came out wrong. When I told the server, she went and checked the menu (lack of knowledge) came back and didn't say anything, just took the plate from me, she came back to tell me it was being remade. Absolutely amazing, this location is the best one in the area. Food was phenomenal,service as well, and let me say put of all the Ihops I've been too , this one right here tops them all. Highly recommend even if you wait it will be worth it, BTW we didn't have a wait time but I do know they have there days that are super busy.
The staff was friendly. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. It was about 8 PM. The food did not taste fresh. I ordered the Colorado omelette. The ingredients in the omelette seems like it had been sitting out all day. It was not made fresh. Dom came with pancakes. The pancakes were not able to be cut with just my fork. They had to be cut with a knife knife, indicating that the pancakes were not made fresh either they were just reheated. We also ran out of pancake syrup as a table.
