DO NOT GO TO THIS IHOP!!! This was my 2nd time I came here since this is a 24-hour location somewhat near my residency, and I wanted hot food on a plate, not a sandwich in a bag after returning from Boston. I arrived at approximately 2 a.m., Jan 24th, and was very hungry. I love to eat steak & eggs, anytime of the day or night. In the beginning the service was mediocre. Nothing special. But as we are leaving I had a terrible experience with paying. I wanted to pay split checks and put cash towards my check. The sever Angela C could not understand that and called another server. She keeps asking me the same questions and I keep giving the same response. She ended up calling who was more helpful.
