Customer service with these prices is important. I feel they have a good product but Customer service creates a 5 star atmosphere.
I only get the breakfast special.
The Covington location used to be really good. It went down hill really quickly the past year. I gave it another chance today but I am done after today. They are usually slow in the afternoon and had most of the restaurant closed off because they mopped the floor. The smell was bad inside the restaurant because they probably were using a dirty mop head. The area they sat us in needed to be swept. The rating on the door gave them a "good" inspection.
