I wish I could give 0 star to all the staff for their services, went recently at I hop as I love I hop for my fav breakfast and that’s on my special day “ wedding anniversary with my little babies , first of all no hello hey , got table the server “kiddo” with no manners , first us gave wrong order we ignored then asked another order for my baby he packed that order to go Bec he indirectly telling us to leave as he gave us our bill before we finished the food though “How Rude” . I think I'm addicted to the chicken and waffles. Everything ordered has been great and the manager I met was really friendly and outgoing.
The food was great and the service excellent. Our waitress Gigi was awesome. I'll be back again for the impossible sausage and hashbrowns
The first time I came the experience was amazing I had a female waitress and food was amazing so I decided to come back and this time my order was completely wrong all tho they tried to do their best to fix the order but after a screw up twice I was no longer interested in the food the first time the waiter got my order wrong and took it back then the second time they made it wrong agin it was unbelievable I’m actually a district manger of multiple restaurants in Georgia so I understand the business but to get my order wrong... read more
