Went in for a take out order & for some reason the managers attitude and demeanor was not so nice. I came in today with a smile and after placing my order I felt not welcomed. He made it apparent that my being here was a nuisance and that he probably dislikes his job. I understand the hell service workers have to go through, but to be so blatantly rude to guests who are nice is a choice. Hopefully my meal doesn’t look or taste the same as this man’s attitude.
The food was awesome. The servers were delightful.
I already have a case # IHOP Guest Relations Case # 3611781 IHOP owner, when you comment on this review, I am NOT going to use the link because I already have a case number that was never answered. Nobody ever follows up or answers. TERRIBLE FRANCHISE They DO NOT give you utensils to eat with when you order TO GO. There’s a sign on the wall that specifically says if you want any utensils you have to PAY for them. It’s the principle.
