It's IHOP what needs to be said? Food was OK, service was a bit inattentive, atmosphere was IHOP.
The server was the worst ever. Loud, yelling and inpatient. The worst service l had in a long time. Another customer had a complaint about the food they received and she was acting like it was the customers fault and blamed her for not liking the food... Then proceeded to yell at me"what do you need"across the room in a loud unprofessional manner. SMH. I'm a regular here and I have never been so disappointed at the service.
Today I went to IHOP and had exceptional service by my waitress. However I came the day before and was shock to see that I was auto charge on gratuity for my bill. I was only a table of one.
