Long wait, messed up orders, for example few times asked for my drink not to have ice, but it did. And forcing 20% tip No desire to go back to IHOP ever again.
I pass 2 closer IHOPs to go to this one. Much better quality food. Order was accurate. Seems fully staffed
I'm leaving a comment from a doordasher perspective. I stopped in this morning to pick up an order and there was an issue with it. Needless to say the lady helping me went out of her way to clear everything up and get me back on the road. She also gave me a free cup of coffee for my time. It hit the spot, thanks again for your kindness.
The expected pickup time is meaningless. Expect to wait at least 20 beyond the time that you're given.
Glad I gave this location a try! I haven't gone to I hop for a year due to a bad experience on my birthday. (Akron, Ohio) Today I was worn out and tired and I hadn't ate all morning. I hop pancakes sounded great. It was 11, right before the lunch rush. We had such a great experience! Katrina took such great care of us. She was so kind and helpful.
