I went to this IHOP location last Wednesday at 8:00 AM with my nephews and it was completely closed, even though Google Maps showed it as open. No one answered the phone either. I paid for an Uber to get there because I live in Boston and it was very cold that morning, so this was very inconvenient and disappointing. We had to walk around in the cold and find another place to eat nearby. Please update your business hours if you really care about your customers!!
Got here at 8:50 AM to get breakfast and the door was locked. Tried calling in with no answer. The door and website all say they open at 7.
Went here today at 7:15am to get breakfast before work, and the door was locked. The place is supposed to be open at 7am according to the IHOP website, Google search, and the sign on the door.
It’s alright; not the best American chain. Quality can be improved significantly.
