The Carmia Way IHOP has a great staff. The hostess was friendly and pleasant. The food is tasty and cooled . Our waiter is excellent. We always ask for AJ. He is well mannered, soft spoken with good grammar and friendly. Knows the products. Nice manager in this location.
We had to wait to be seated. When the host showed up, she didn't even greet us. Not friendly at all
Food was cold, service super slow, and the restaurant was almost empty, I can’t imagine how service would be if it were busy.
This was the first time we've been to this location. I was a little disappointed. The pancakes were tough. My parents could hardly cut them. My mom ordered an omelet and they're were no fillings. Took longer than normal to receive the food. Restaurant appears to be shorthanded. Had to request the ticket.
My daughter loves IHOP. Fun for kids. Unfortunately our service was lacking on our last visit.
