This IHOP needs alot of improvement. I ordered breakfast online and they do not follow the order. Paid more for items that were not received. Also the toast is rock hard. Unable to eat. Left a nice tip online. Wish I hadn't done so. Called to inform, but the manager was busy on the grill. So I could not talk to him. This deserves a 1 at best.
Food was good. Waiting time a little too long.
