This was the first time in a long time we went to IHOP and I don’t know that we’ll go again. The waitress had clothing on that didn’t cover her midriff so her stomach was in our face the few times she came to the table, and we mentioned the pop being flat and asked for a water and she never took the bad pop from the table. we then waited over 30 minutes for our food, which would have been fine except it came out cold. We walked in and the heat was turned off they had no heat it was absolutely cold the seats were cold table was cold everything was cold we did not stay Absolutely horrible situation For the staff and customers But absolutely ridiculousYou should have closed Until he was restored

Newwait staff, Failed the table in front of me. The table behind me + myself. So I decided to leave a zero tip with the comment first impressions. Instead of being asked by the other waiter, what can we do to improve? I was lectured on how I should be expected to leave a tip. All three tables had to request silverware The table in front was approached about taking the food order only to realize that they had no menus. One of the worst sit downstairs food and drink i have had at a restaurant. I dont like leaving reviews unless the experience ne3ds to be shared because it was great or terrible. In this case it's a negative one. Highly recommend anyone go to just about any other restaurant even a different ihop. This sucked lol
