Wasn't even able to get a table in a near empty restaurant. The host was also a server. A whole lobby full of people waiting to be seated. Completely understaffed. If you can't get a table in an almost empty restaurant you know the service will be horrible too. Left, went to Pegah's and was seated immediately.
Slow..took 25 minutes for our food on Sunday after church..you'd think that's busy time, but barely anyone there..so that must be why
Terrible. Showed up at 10:00am. Short staffed and no one at the front to seat people. Staff would walk over to the front desk and we would ask to be seated and they told us someone would be with us shortly. Ended up leaving by 10:20am when there were about 5 groups of people waiting to be seated. Normally I don’t mind these types of things, but no good for me this time.
When called the store and told them online payment wasn't working he told me there was something wrong with my payment method when thete wasn't it was the website. So I asked to just place my order over the phone and he then asked me what I wanted first before he said yes. Horrible customer service never go back to thie ihop again
Terrible experience. Had to find someone to take my order and received an attitude from the staff. I watched multiple family's leave because nobody helped them. Awful.
