Outstanding First Visit - Thank You, Andrea! We tried our local IHOP for the first time and had an absolutely wonderful experience, thanks in large part to our server, Andrea. From the moment we sat down, Andrea’s service was exceptional. She was attentive and checked on our table multiple times throughout the meal without being intrusive. I requested a table for two, there was an about a 15 min wait so we sat down at the lobby. At about 10 minutes of waiting, another couple walked in, continued to the host and were seated immediately. We were then seated about 2 minutes later. We were seated near the wait staff desk and after 15 minutes or so, no waiter or waitress came to offer drinks or take our order.
