Price hiked on some of my favorite meals so won't be coming back. Would like to give CREDIT to shawn for GEAT customer service skills. Was very polite and patient in a busy environment and made sure we had everything we needed. Would promote him to owner if I could. Ask for "Shawn" the big man

The services provider was okay. We sat near te kitchen. The waitstaff took the order, went to the kitchen and it appeared as if she and the cooks were arguing back and forth. They were extremely loud. I dislike ordering food and half comes out that's what happened. We orderd the pancake combo. The pancakes came out last and they weren't cooked completely. Service was lacking at refllls even though it was extremely slow and there was 3 tables for this server. They charge extra for items that should come with the meal. Even though the description calls for it to be with the meal and the picture shows it on the meal. Not sure if this is a training issue or a franchisee greed issue telling employees to charge. Definitely needs to be fixed because it was at the managers level telling the employee to charge. January 2026, open at 6 but doors still locked though employees are inside... read more
