Went for lunch with my wife and 5 year old granddaughter who picked IHOP. We were seated immediately. Things went downhill after that. We never had contact with a waitress and the young lady I suspected as being our assigned waitress never looked in our direction. After 15 minutes we left the table for another restaurant. My granddaughter was very disappointed and so were we. Never experienced service like that in all the times we had gone in the past since it first opened.
