Best IHOP I've been to in 30 years. Reminded me of why I enjoyed it as a kid and I was happy that my kids got that experience for the first time too. Kids meals were decently proportioned and the $6 meal pancake set was just right for light brunch. Bathrooms were decently cleaned too. Good job team

Second time in a row that they had no coins to make change. They short you the balance. Food is decent, service friendly. You just get Ted scammed on your change. Next time I'll take it out of the tip.
If I could leave 0 stars i would. Me and my family went into the restaurant tonight and was treated horrible. First we were told the wait was 40 mins and the restaurant was no where near full. Then the hostess comes 2 mins later to say our table was ready to then pass up all tables and take us to the back of the restaurant to a dirty table. Of course I made the decision for my family and I to not even eat there tonight.
They had very good glutin free pancakes. Most glutin free pancakes taste like cardboard, but these tasted really good. They also have the best hash browns. Our waitress was very friendly and got everything right.
