My families dining experience was pure crap. Waited 10 min to have someone check on us. Another 10 min. to get our drinks. Then 45 min. to get our meals. We all ordered breakfast. All 6 of us. My wife's eggs over cooked, daughter-in-law breakfast cold, my breakfast eggs way over cooked. I sent mine back. 17 min. later I get the same thing Over cooked eggs. For being a national restaurant chain I would expect better service. The wait staff is friendly but the time it takes to get your food is unacceptable. I go to a local restaurant that is twice as fast as IHOP.
