Food was standard IHOP. Poor server was covering the entire dining room but did a stellar job!
Both times I’ve ordered pickup from this location, my app will tell me that the order is completed, so I go in to pick it up, and I end up waiting 15-20 minutes longer. Made an order today at 11:40, said it was completed at 12:05, I went inside at 12:07. I sat in there for 15 minutes when she tells me they are having “issues,” I wait another 10 minutes (25 minutes I’d been in there waiting at this point) and they finally come back out again and tell us that the grills weren’t turning on and they had to restart everything.
